Okay , time for update .
Thurs
Last Thurs was the first suay day for me .
Im happily arrived at KLCC ard .. 9.30am .
Usually i arrive quite late , ard 9.50 or 9.55am cuz i cant wake lol.
Well , when i walk pass by the galleria i working , havent open yet .
So, i went to Cold Storage , bought a milk , some newspapers and went up.
Then i heard Lai Yin called me .
"Wei Queenie , u working morning shift with who ? "
" Oh .. Suria lor . Why ? "
" Huh ? i just talked with Suria, she said she noon shift leh "
Wtf ? I see wrong meh ?!
I called my other collegue , she also said Suria working with me.
Wah dam jialat ledi .
I quickly called Suria and she said she see wrong timetable and tot she Noon .
Uh die ..
I called my brand manager aka my big sis cuz i knw she always work Morning at another branch in Pavilion.
Then, she said she offday . ask me wad happened .
So no choice , i have to told her wad happened
She said she will call another branch's collegue to deliver the key .
Ok fine , then dunno who called me go Pavilion and take the key .
Cuz if u open late , and if the guard reports to Head Security ,
they will call ur HQ , and will inform ur Brand Manager that u open ur shop late.
Will get warning letter ( but im not included :p )
Besides that , the KLCC management also will fine RM500 . ( i might included . T.T)
Last time got staff experienced b4 .
Tat moment , time is gold. Every sec counts ...
I called Pavilion again.
Yannie & Angel working Morning tat day .
Yannie answered . I asked her who going to come ? She replied " ah...er..."
I said nvm , i come . She said OK !
I run outside , flag a cab , and speed to Pavilion .
When im going to reach , Angel called me said ,
" queenie , u dont need to come cuz Lynda is going there, with the key "
Ta-Ma-De ... i dam ... @#$%^&*(%^&* .
Tat dam Yannie never say earlier !?!?!?!
Made an U-turn back to KLCC again .
When im in the shop, Lynda said wad .
"queenie , next time follow ur boss's instruction , she also nvr ask u to go "
Wtf lor , tat Yannie nvr say u on the way , and my other collegues asked me to go also .
And at that moment , i so nervous and rushing , where got time to think that la ?
I sibeh #$%^&*%^& .
A min later , the staff i called , the 'shemale' reached the shop. lol .
She/He said Big Sis asked her to come , scare Suria will be late .
Pity her/him lol . Suppose to work at Noon but have to go out so early. haha .
Tat day dam song ledi.
Early morning let me exercise and do marathon .
Later on, there's some arguement between my fren and Suria .
Sigh .
Then Suria cried . =(
I personally think that its a pure misunderstanding .
Hope they will be frens back asap .

Now i know why Lynda is there ,
Because Pavilion also open late , cuz tat Yannie come late , dint manage to open door.

Luckily the old uncle security close one eye ,
if he reports it , then we really dead .
Luckily for Suria, if not she will get her 2nd warning letter .
Well, as for me, im safe cuz imma just a part-timer

I working Noon shift yday .
Came to shop ard 12pm , started work at 12.30pm.
Everything goes fine ..
Sold a bag to a foreigner at RM 2325 .
Then , until the night ... ard 9.30 pm ?
They returned , its a lady with a man . Husband and wife maybe?
Saying that they not satisfy with the bag condition.
The strap there , the sewing line is not straight .
Saying there edge of the strap there, abit diff / dislocated compare the others straps .
That time , im working with Suria again .
They wanna exchange to another bag .
Unfortunelty , we only carry 1-2 each for each colour and design .
That bag was the last piece .
We said , would u like to exchange with the brown one?
She said she dun wan , insisted on the black or refund .
Wah lao . Aledi key-in the comp , aledi issued credit card , how to refund ?
The end , Suria called my manager .
They left the shop, with the bag and paper bag without saying anything .
ZZZZ ...
Then call my Brand Manager , Big manager , manaager bla bla bla .
Ok , can refund .
But they dissapeared . how ?
We wait and wait ...
Meanwhile , i "massaging" the strap , and both of the strap now even aledi .
lol ~
I know im pro. wakakaka .
The time passed , 9.45pm .
Tat time , we should do closing aledi, print settlements , reports bla bla .
How sia. Dam worried ...
Suddenly the man returned .
He bla bla bla , say wad , i spent 700 USD for the bag, but the quality not worth it la , shouldnt be like this la , bla bla bla .
Ok we refund .
We need the signature for the void statement ...
and wtf , its the woman's signature.
He said wait , and went out to look for the woman .

Opposite shop aledi closed -.-
Then she came , at last , signed and left .
Me and Suria , dont even have time to change or wad.
Just change the shoe , off comp , lights bla bla and left .
Dont know why tat 2 days working with her , so suay one .
